What the program is

Live and work with the team
Members travel to the deployment and live alongside the team for the duration of the campaign. Housing available.
Door-to-door energy sales
The role is face-to-face, door-to-door energy sales with the Sales Corps team in Southern California.
Training & growth
Training
Product knowledge, customer education, pitch practice and sales-process training before you knock your first door.
Compliance
Members are trained to follow required disclosures, verification procedures and professional sales standards.
Mentorship
Daily coaching and ride-alongs from experienced members rather than a script and a map.
Growth
Strong performers may move into training, leadership and team-building roles as the program grows.

Both experienced direct-sales agents and qualified applicants with no D2D experience may apply.
Questions, answered
Do I need D2D experience? +
Managers and field trainers should bring relevant sales leadership or coaching experience. Sales representative opportunities are open to experienced applicants and beginners. Training and coaching are available.
What are we selling? +
Energy programs available to eligible California customers. Members are trained on the product, required disclosures, eligibility and the compliant enrollment process before entering the field.
Do I have to move to California? +
No. Applicants may come from any U.S. state, but must be willing to travel to their assigned location.
Where is the current deployment? +
The current deployment serves Riverside, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Your assigned location is discussed during recruiting.
Is housing provided? +
Housing is available through the live/work program. Arrangements, availability, and any costs are confirmed before joining. Non-lodging arrangements may be available for experienced reps.
How does pay work? +
This is commission-based sales. Compensation details are explained during recruiting; earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
